I felt she (Tessa @AROMAREMEDY) knew which treatment would benefit me the most. For example, if I was playing football, she provided treatments and massage that would invigorate my muscles or if I was needing something that would relax me she mixed different oils accordingly (all the while explaining what was in each mixture as well as explaining what its properties and its intended effects were). I think this also shows Tessa has a real passion for aromatherapy. She is also very empathetic so I think future clients will really trust they are in the hands of someone who cares for their wellbeing.

The treatments themselves were excellent and I found them soothing. I responded really well to the treatments I was given by Tessa. The morning after I would feel relaxed and calmer, and generally be in a more positive mood. As a rower, I found the treatments helped me recover from training more quickly. I have found the aromastick that Tessa made for me really useful and keep it with me at all times. It alleviates the symptoms of my sinusitis and is helpful when I am feeling unwell. Similarly, the muscle rub that Tessa made for me has been excellent. I suffer quite a lot from muscle soreness and it helps bring relief quickly and is convenient to use.
