How to use: Apply sparingly to affected area before and after exercise and at night. Gently smooth and massage into skin until fully absorbed.

Cautions: If you are pregnant, please seek advice from your doctor before using products containing essential oils. Carry out a patch test before use by applying a small amount of the gel on your inner wrist and waiting 5 minutes to see if any irritation occurs. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
