You can return any unwanted, unopened and unused items to AROMAREMEDY within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement. All product tamper seals must be intact. In this case, return postage charges are not reimbursed so please retain proof of postage.

In the interests of hygiene, products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Faulty products (e.g. damaged in post), once reviewed, will be fully refunded.
