RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Currently, we do not accept returns, however, you can try samples during personal consultations on your visit.
In the interests of hygiene and health and safety, products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged as they are made to personal order.
Faulty products (i.e. damaged in post), once reviewed, will be fully refunded.
As our products are tailormade to your personal requirements and handmade in individual or small batches for optimum therapeutic value and freshness, please note that delivery time can take up to 7 working days, but we will always try to prepare your order as quickly as possible!
